As he leaves a hooded figuresays, "This has to stop." Burke turns to face his guest, "Excuse me?" Then he recognizes the figure."Well what do I owe this pleasure? It's been a while."

Burke, "Mr. Waul... so good to hear from you..." Mr. Waul, "You may not feel that way after today." Burke, "I'm not sure I understand... everything is going as intended.
