Louis, "Oh look... side show Chuck showed up." A news Reporter standing with her cameraman and Charles Burke, "This is Hannah Long and we're here with Charles Burke of City Council..." Louis comments, "What a capitalizing pud." Charles starts in, "We art City Council are already working with investors to ensure this has as little impact on our community as possible and only improve the situation, this arsonist will not deter progress." Hannah, "If all goes well these deals could put you in line for Mayor." Charles laughs, "Hee... Let's not jump to conclusions. One situation at a time." Milo, "Somethings not right is it?" Louis, "You just figured that out."
