Frustrated… done? Vol2 p43

Milo continues to traverse the city rooftops. Up. Down. till he finally has to leap across a short gap in the roofs. He lands near a carrier pigeon cage on the roof. The pigeons are cooing. Frustrated Milo says out loud, "O.K.... I'm done." He knocks some of the dirt off of him, "This is dumb." He hears a clang over his shoulder behind the rooftop stair access.

Maze of ladders Vol2 p42

Milo lands and crouches after reaching the other side, "K." He stands and looks about, "Keep this up and you might think you are somebody Milo." He walks over and steps easily over a short wall onto another roof. Milo looks over a steep drop onto another roof seeing a ladder across the way. "O.K. ladder over there, but how'd he..." He looks down the wall to see a pipe with some bolts stuck out of it making a very crude ladder, "Really..."

Just gotta Vol2 p41

Milo starts to cross the plank, "It's not that creepy... and it's wider than it looks... right?" He starts across shaking a little. He looks down below, "Idiot... yer lookin' down." Milo looks ahead, "Just gotta..." He begins to, "Run!" he wobbles more as the board bounces, "Wa-Ha!"
